For a book with NINETY-FOUR pages, it's really not a large book at all. It's large enough to be impressive but still manages to be quite light weight and manageable.This is top quality and is perfect for people of all ages to brush up on their facts or to get ease into the world of paleontology with easy to read bits of information coupled with very engaging visuals. The dinosaurs are handled with tact and finesse.I highly recommend this book and hope to see it in stores near me.
Realistic photos are great for dinosaur fans!There are way more coloring pages than activity pages (I think I only counted 6). The activities included 2 mazes, word find, spot the difference, and a match the dinosaur to its name. So if you’re looking for an activity book, this isn’t it. However, if you want a great realistic coloring book with tons of dinosaurs and information, this is it!!
Easily the best dinosaur coloring book I have ever purchased. My kids loved and I don’t feel bored when my kids ask to help them color. On top of that each picture comes with fun Dino facts which was a nice surprise. So it kinda doubles as book to teach my 4 and 3 year old difficult Dino names. Good quality, nice paper, cool drawings, and educational.
A great purchase! Even for a grown dino enthusiast, this book is worth it. The illustrations are superb, with informative text besides. A few typos here and there, but nothing too egregious. My only major complaint is that the book does not contain any dino contemporaries such as pterosaurs or marine reptiles. They would have been nice to have. Other than that, this is everything one could possibly want, with a wide range of species available.As for the coloring itself, it actually works really well. Both crayons and colored pencils work beautifully, and while I do not use them, I would suspect markers do as well. One can still see the outlines even with dark colors (save possibly for black), and so long as you keep within the lines, the dinos are guaranteed to look excellent.The one thing to be wary of is potential bleeding of colors from previously-colored pages being pressed down. This is easy to fix with a strong eraser, though.The illustrations are accurate and up-to-date, which includes some of the animals having feathers. It's a nice way for people to learn what the current thinking is. For the casual audience who may not know of many species, this book is a great way to expand one's knowledge of these ancient beasts.Overall, this book is perfect for children and adults alike, and is worth every penny. Go ahead and buy it.

4 year old Autistic daughter fell in love with this coloring book. After about 3 days of having it, I'm thinking of buying another one because she colored most of the pages already. Definitely a coloring book to keep young children busy.
I bought this for my 4 year old who’s OBSESSED with dinosaurs. He’s very pleased with the book as am I with the quality. I do wish there were more pages even though it is already a good size. I know he will color through it quickly and I’ll have to order more like this because I haven’t had any luck finding Dino coloring books for him in stores.
9 year old loved it. It has been well used and enjoyed this summer. Informative and fun.
